Delete your Praccxa account

Option 1 — Delete from the app

1. Open the Praccxa app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open the Account tab and tap Delete my account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm. Deletion happens immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2 — Request by email

Email support@praccxa.app from the address registered to your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your login credentials and authentication identity.
• Your profile (name shown in app, language and theme preferences).
• Your notification preferences.
• All push notification device tokens, so notifications stop immediately.
• Your academy membership and portal access.

What is retained, and for how long

Academy records created by your academy — enrollment history, attendance, fee invoices, payments and certificates — remain with the academy as its own business and accounting records, but are unlinked from your login. Retention follows the academy's obligations (typically up to 7 years for financial records). To ask your academy to erase those records as well, contact the academy directly or email us and we will forward the request.

Academy owners cannot self-delete in the app because that would remove data belonging to other members; email us and we will close the academy and delete the owner account together.
