Privacy Policy

Praccxa is an academy management platform used by art, music, dance, martial arts and other performance academies. It is available as a website and as Android/iOS applications for staff, students and parents. Contact: support@praccxa.app.

• Account data — name, email address, phone number, password hash (managed by our authentication provider), role and academy membership.
• Academy records — student profiles, guardian contacts, addresses, batches, enrollments, attendance, fee invoices and payments, expenses, certificates, announcements and events entered by academy staff.
• Media — optional student photos, academy logos and receipt or brochure uploads.
• Device & notification data — push notification tokens, platform (Android/iOS/web) and notification preferences.
• Technical data — IP-derived country (used only to pick a display currency and language), timestamps and error logs.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, SMS, call logs, or advertising identifiers, and we do not use the data for advertising.

• Provide academy management features you or your academy use.
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Send transactional and push notifications (announcements, invoices, attendance, events) according to your notification preferences.
• Process subscription billing for academies.
• Diagnose faults and improve reliability.

Each academy is the controller of the records it enters; Praccxa acts as processor on the academy's behalf. For account and billing data of academy owners, Praccxa is the controller. Processing rests on contract performance, legitimate interest in service security, and consent where required (for example push notifications).

We share data only with processors needed to run the service: cloud hosting and database (Supabase), push delivery (Firebase Cloud Messaging), and payment processing (Razorpay) for subscription payments. We never sell personal data.

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit, row-level access control so each academy sees only its own data, and role-based permissions. Academy records are retained while the academy's subscription is active and for a limited period afterwards, or as required by local accounting law. Your personal login data is deleted when you delete your account.

Student records may relate to minors. Those records are created and managed by the academy and their guardians; children do not sign up independently. Student and parent app accounts are created only by invitation from the academy.

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@praccxa.app, or by using in-app account deletion. See Delete your account for the exact steps and what is removed.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be announced in the app.
